I’m making record cutting needles for the analog recording industry. The needles are very small (0.6mm X 0.6mm X 5mm) They are mounted in what is called a “Neumann” shank (see sketch). Please ignore the round needle. My needle blanks are 0.6mm square therefore rather than a round 0.72mm hole I require a 0.6mm square hole. It can be a through hole. Any thoughts on what sort of machine I'd need to make these? I'm not adverse to someone else making them if they have the equipment. Cheers, Wilson. BTW if you want to phone, text me first.
