For Sale: Falcon sheet metal nibbler

Sat 1st Dec '18

Advert ID: 34228

I have for sale a Falcon nibbler/cutter, it is new & unused by its previous owner, Ed, who strangely used mine ! British made, aluminium construction see images. A very handy piece of kit for cutting straight lines as well as pretty well any other shape you wish. I have a good selection of sheet metal from discarded domestic equipment in my garden shed for this purpose. Fasten a straight edge to the sheet, lubricate with chain saw oil, which is thixotropic so that you don't end up wearing it & away you go.

If I may digress, a couple of years ago when we acquired our most recent campervan it was not quite finished as its owner had fallen on hard times, thus it needed fitting with an external socket for the mains hook up cable & an access door for the Thetford electric flush toilet, I consulted with a nearby car body shop & the local caravan workshop & got the fright of my life! As I had the Turner version of this tool I decided to do it myself, mark out, protect paintwork with plastic low tack masking tape, drill starter hole with a step drill, inside the line please, cut like a knife through butter, both done & dusted over a leisurely weekend & the bottom line was that the money saved was in fact more than the two access panel kits & the Thetford toilet had cost!
Have used them with both mains powered drills & cordless with equal success.
Please feel free to collect at a prearranged time, most things I have sold recently have gone to nearby buyers, I use Collect Plus For delivery as they are very efficient, and my usual proviso I do not charge for packing materials as I have more than I know what to do with.
Price: £18.00
Postage: £3.99
