Use correct sentience formatting rules, a space after the colon: semi-colon; comma, full stop. and exclamation! characters. URL address will use words with dots between the words without spaces and if the system sees these it will treat them as URL links. NEW! logo after 10 years the tread board needed repainting, if any remember the old Green text logo might remember how the tread patten ended up becoming the background. The photos have also been upgraded to add logo's and date/time stamps to the images on upload so that the photos are noticeable for people linking to them.

Details: Wolf Sapphire HD drill, type 3806, complete with very heavy duty magnetic stand. It is well used, with damage to the paintwork, but no physical damage. Drill is 240v, 1020 watts, capacity 32mm at 360rpm. (Speed change switch does not work to change speed to 425rpm, but drill works fine at 360rpm). Fitted with a 3 morse taper adaptor as shown on pics Magnetic drill stand is 240v, with a very powerful magnetic base. It has full 360 degree swivel facility, with a fine lateral adjustment built in. Vertical stroke is 280mm The drill stand is very heavy and realistically, needs to be collected from 1 mile west of Sandtoft, N Lincs. Details: I have for sale a milling machine table vice Sizes are 6inch wide jaws and a 5 inch opening for holding material The jaws are in as new condition but the bed way base has a few drilling marks in it but does not effect the accuracy We think that it is jones and shipman manufacture but not sure. Details: I'd be very grateful if you could help with identifying a lathe I've just acquired - I've attached a few photos. I've looked everywhere, but I can't find any markings on any of the castings. I've also tried every search I can think of on 'lathes.co.uk'! It appears to be British (everything's imperial) dating from the 1930's or '40's Centre height is 31/4" and about 15" between centres. Bed is 'flat-top', 33/4" wide, with the shears 7/16 thick and with a central 'slot' 15/16 wide. Headstock is attached by four bolts and spigots into the bed 'slot' (with two 'push' screws at the rear to push the tongue to the front). Nose thread is 11/8" x 9 tpi and is socketed 2MT. Tailstock is very like an ML7 - 1" diameter x 2MT barrel, with the handwheel retained by an 'arc' of metal set into a slot in the tailstock casting and engaging with a groove in the handwheel spigot. What is the unusual feature, however, is that the main leadscrew is 3/4" diameter x 10 tpi, with the half-nuts in a vertical dovetail slide on the back of the apron and cast in iron. Changewheels are 16 DP with a 5/8" bore and a keyway. It's missing a topslide (when I got it, it was fitted with an ML7 slide, held in place by M6 bolts into tapped holes in the top of the cross-slide - very 1930's British! Any clues you can give would be much appreciated.

Details: A mix of 16-off Kennametal and Bristol-Erickson DA100 series collets. 15-off metric as follows: 4.4mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 7.0mm, 8.0mm, 8.5mm, 9.0mm, 10.0mm, 10.5mm, 11.5mm, 12.0mm, 12.5mm, 13.0mm, 13.5mm and 14.0mm Plus one 1/4" collet. All are in excellent condition. Many are brand new and unused. I didn't realise I still had these as I let all my DA chucks and collets go several years ago. Probably not very widely used these days, but a shame to scrap them if someone can make use of them. Will post at cost.
