For Sale: hydraulic scissor lift - 1000kg

Wed 1st May '19

Advert ID: 35308

General
Details:
Hi All
I have a hydraulic scissor lift trolley to dispose of. It has a safe working load of 1000kg and will lift to just over a metre. The table is 2m x 1m.

Why do I want to be rid of it? I really don't have the space to keep this any more so it and a few other toys (to be listed later) just have to go.

So far so good!

So whats the problem?

Well its heavy, very heavy and would ideally need to be collected by a vehicle with lifting gear of some kind. It would probably push onto a plant trailer ok - with a bit of swearing for good measure. It also needs the hydraulics over hauled - a seal kit should do the trick and once filled with hydraulic oil it might lift a bit higher still.

The wheels are good - one braked swivel, one plain swivel and a pair of fixed wheels.

I think this thing cost in the order of £2k when it was new - ie its not one of the cheapo light weight lifts so beloved of many ebay vendors

This would make a great welding bench for those of us with creaking backs that really don't want to work on the floor any more. Alternatively make a ramp for the end and it would be the mother of all bike lifts.

It is located just off of junction 13 of the M11, access is good. It can be viewed/collected pretty much anytime by appointment. Price relects that it needs a bit of work.
