Use correct sentience formatting rules, a space after the colon: semi-colon; comma, full stop. and exclamation! characters. URL address will use words with dots between the words without spaces and if the system sees these it will treat them as URL links. So please use the preview, it allows you access to the edit button, to change the mistakes otherwise the adverts will just be removed.
NEW! logo after 10 years the tread board needed repainting, if any remember the old Green text logo might remember how the tread patten ended up becoming the background. The photos have also been upgraded to add logo's and date/time stamps to the images on upload so that the photos are noticeable for people linking to them.

Details: I have a PlanetCNC 4 axis motion controller with licence. Bought for a project that never materialised. Current price is £200+. £150 incl. postage. Currently fitted into a PlanetCNC control box with PSU`s for steppermotors and 4 axis jogging control. The control box seems to be unavailable at the moment but will sell for £150.incl. postage. All you would need is 3 or 4 stepper motors and you would have a full CNC system to retrofit a lathe or mill.
Details: This is a genuine Taiwanese made Align brand AL500X power feed suitable for Bridgeport "Series 1" turret milling machines. The "X" denotes it is designed to fit the X axis. It provides adjustable feeds and rapids for cutting and positioning. The kit includes the drive unit, replacement end plate for the table (to mount the drive), prewired limit switch assembly (to prevent overshooting the ends of travel) and a selection of shims for adjusting the backlash for the bevel drive gears. There's no modification required to the machine other than swapping the parts over. I bought this 10 years ago for my Taiwanese Bridgeport clone, then shortly afterwards I changed the X and Y leadscrews for ballscrews and converted the machine to CNC. The unit has been sitting on my shelf ever since. Consequently, this unit has had very few hours and is almost as new. For manual machining, these save the need for a lot of careful hand feeding and the consistent and adjustable feedrate helps with surface finish. Note that this unit is powered from 120Vac, as none of these power feeds were made in 240V. A small transformer of 100-200VA is almost certainly adequate, although I can't see a spec anywhere.

Details: Vertex collet chuck with MT3 taper and the full set of 6, 10, 12 & 16mm metric collets and 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" & 5/8" imperial collets. Although I know I did use this a few times many years ago (perhaps 15?), there's almost no way to tell, apart from a few witness marks on the taper and some scratches on the outside of the box. NB: This is a Clarkson-type chuck that requires threaded shank milling cutters. It won't hold smooth shanked cutters, whether with or without Weldon shank.

Details: Centec 2B Milling Machine with Vertical head and Horizontal attachment. Table power feed. Centec machine vice (which at some point has a repair to one of the jaws). New table longitudinal feed screw fitted which I sourced from Germany. Soluble oil tank and pump. Nice clean original 3 phase machine which can be seen working on a converter which is not included in the sale. I am very reluctant to sell but it is simply not being used. Any buyer will have to provide the muscle to move it, because unfortunately I cannot.
Details: This is a very nice set of 10 inch rollers with no damage to any surface of the rollers or the drive gears. This is the type you clamp and hold in your vice as you can see by the impression mark in the paint, its heavy but we would P&P it at your cost.

Details: I believe this is used to switch something on and off by applying pressure. It may have been called a knee switch. It is marked RS 316-945 and is simply a two metre tube attached to a flat sided bulb.

Details: Does anyone own a Startrite "Volant" 16" throat bandsaw of the design shown in the attached photo? If so, I would really appreciate you getting in touch as I need some photos/dimensions of a part which I need to make. This is a very early 3-wheel version, with blade welder and tilting table. The guys at "Startrite-machines" no longer have any info on this machine, not even component drawings. They also appeared bemused that this configuration was badged even badged as a "Volant"!
