Use correct sentience formatting rules, a space after the colon: semi-colon; comma, full stop. and exclamation! characters. URL address will use words with dots between the words without spaces and if the system sees these it will treat them as URL links. NEW! logo after 10 years the tread board needed repainting, if any remember the old Green text logo might remember how the tread patten ended up becoming the background. The photos have also been upgraded to add logo's and date/time stamps to the images on upload so that the photos are noticeable for people linking to them.

Tools & Parts (Small tooling) Excellent State (Well maintained)
Details: A pair of taper shank arbors. These came with some other No. 2 morse taper tooling which I purchased some years ago. When I came to use one for a project recently I discovered they are not No. 2 Morse taper, but Brown and Sharpe No.7, which are of no use to me. There is no indication of a maker, but both are hand etched "Bates Grayburn". They are well made and are hardened and ground. The parallel portion of the shank measures 0.940" diameter. One arbor has a 1/2" x 16 TPI RIGHT hand thread, the other has a 1/2" x 16 TPI LEFT hand thread. To my knowledge Bridgeport made the 'M' head and Cherrying head with both 2MT and B&S 7 taper spindles, but unsure if they supplied any of the B&S taper versions to the UK market. Free for collection or will post at cost.
Details: This Taylor & Hobson Tilting Rotary table comes with a Taylor & Hobson 360 dividing plate and Myford threaded arbor (11/8" x 12 tpi ) and works the way it should with no faults. Details: Well used but perfectly useable topslide assembly, will need a strip down and clean/lubricate as it has been sitting around for years, although it does operate quite smoothly. Note top has been modified by machining off around 1/8" , I assume to fit one of the piston type toolpost, as I've seen the mod on the net for that reason. Base has had intimate contact with a chuck at some point which I have tried to show in pictures, not the loveliest example, as reflected in the price, but might help someone out. Details: I am looking for a Myford mk.1 gearbox and leadscrew complete with the attached gear for the drive using a mk.1 gearbox. The one with the small side casing that covers the drive gears. I would consider just the gear if anyone had one. This gear comes with an integral collar and grub screw for securing to the leadscrew.

Details: This is a working vintage motor,specs as per the identification plate,has homemade covers on the access points,would require possible re-wire etc for safety, very heavy so collection only.
Details: I am reluctantly selling my auto so I can retire. This is a Brown and Sharpe 00 19 ie a oo with the spindle bore enlarged to take 3/4” or 19 mm bar. I have the relevant feed tubes spindle adapters and collet closing ring for both standard 1/2 inch and larger 3/4” collets. All the speed and cycle time gears are included. You also get vertical slide lots of toolholders both 5/8” dia shank for the turret and others for the cross slide, there are 50 odd cams ( I have never had to make any new ones) some blanks, lots of spare trips, feed tube and stand. There is a parts list, operators manual and an old copy of the BandS cam design book. I can help with loading onto a suitable trailer but I don’t have a crane or forklift. Details: Slowly getting ready to move house later in the year, so clearing various items. Small, but good, this is a well preserved Backgeared, Screwcutting machine from the 1950's and with many Accessories including two Chucks and Changewheels,Tailstock Chuck, Revolving Centre, quiet motor, etc . Mounted on a base, and it's just about 'liftable' by one fit person!. Lathe unit is also on a low wood table which allows the outfit to be pushed under a bench until needed. Will fit easly into the boot of a car. Collection from IP26 4PQ only, although delivery within 50 miles is possible for £15.

Details: This is a very large, heavy NORTON M2 press in full working condition with no damage ever to any part of the casting etc. Its a round column type with no play in the sliding mechanism or location teeth, all perfect, it has the adjustable slotted base plat and all works perfect with no hydraulic to let you down.
